Ninhursag officialy selected at Sottodiciotto Film Festival
The story of the friendship between a boy and a mysterious creature will be shown in Turin (Italy) during the next edition of the festival.
The short film "Ninhursag" directed by Davide Romeo Meraviglia has been officially selected at this year's edition of Sottodiocotto, a prestigious festival created in 2000 by the City of Turin in association with A.I.A.C.E. The festival is intended as a place for growth and intergenerational dialogue aimed at giving visiblity to audiovisual products and cinema about themes such as childhood, adolescence and youth. Sottodiciotto Film Festival & Campus made national debut with films that have marked the film scene in the past few years; movies praised both by critics and the public such as The Millionaire, Billy Elliot, Paranoid Park and Persepolis. The festival has hosted important directors and actors, including Elio Germano, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Gabriele Salvatores, Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, Filippo Timi. Davide Romeo Meraviglia is very thrilled to present his latest film to this amazing festival. "Ninhursag" is realized in collaboration with the insititute "Aldo Moro" in Cerro al Lambro (MI) and is the story about a boy who becomes friend with a mysterious creature.
