Unicef Award in Turin
"A place for Everyone" awarded at Sottodiciotto
The 21st edition of Sottodiciotto Film Festival & Campus ended yesterday.
During the festival, Un posto per tutti (A place for everyone) received the Unicef award "for the simple and immediate idea able to convey values and ideals of UNICEF, making people sensitive to the theme of inclusiveness, crucial since many children and teenagers still cannot access the right to education ".
Un posto per tutti (A place for everyone) by Davide Romeo Meraviglia was created in collaboration with the “Aldo Moro” Secondary School of Cerro al Lambro (MI), as part of a project coordinated by teachers Gemma Oliveri, Simona Mazzarella and Silvia Balducci.
The 2020 edition of Sottodiciotto Film Festival, organized by Aiace Torino, City of Turin and ITER - Educational Services of the City of Turin, was created thanks to the contribution of the Piedmont Region, Compagnia di San Paolo and CRT FOUNDATION and the patronage of Dams Torino, Polytechnic of Turin, University of Turin and UNICEF Italy, as part of Turin - City of Cinema 2020.
